www.alltshirts4you.com primarily is a marketplace for all kinds of merchandise related to t-shirts clothing. Merchants hold Seller accounts at AllTshirts4you.com and exhibit and sell items through those accounts. The listings that we accept are strictly restricted to the categories described above and by definition can't include illegal goods and services, anything resembling drugs, gambling, guns or stollen property. Submitting of items isn't an automated process and is handled manually by our operators. We provide with graphic templates and other tools to facilitate listing of the items.

We are certainly aware of Copyright issues that might apply to the kind of goods that we accept at the website. We do not question those sellers who obviously have used or isolated items listed for sale, but we definitely do request detailed validation of their rights to distribute items from the sellers who list unworn and new goods in various sizes and modifications and do it on a regular basis. In the Seller's Agreement we strongly recommend to the merchants to provide proof of their rights to sell the merchandise  and clearly outline that they are to be held responsible if the information, credentials or assurances they provide with turn to be false, inconsistent or invalid in any way.

We urge everyone who may happen to have remarks, concerns or claims about Copyrights or Licensing of any of the items listed at the website to contact us right away so we would be able to take a swift action. Upon the every claim of this kind we will suspend the disputed item(s) effective immediately and keep suspended for a fairly long period within which the parties shall be able to come up with additional documentary verification if needed. On many occasions when the claim looks unquestionable we promptly suspend item(s) permanently, without probing the subject. Suspension of entire accounts is possible too.
